Welcome to SETTA 2016 Symposium. Early registration rate is applicable by October 10, 2016.

For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should complete a regular registration before September 4, 2016; other participants can choose the early registration (by October 10, 2016) or the late registration (after October 10, 2016).

Please download the registration form and send the well-filled form to wangsl@ios.ac.cn. In addition, the participants from the Mainland of China are required to use RMB for the registration.

• Conference registration fee covers: conference proceeding and program, access to conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch during November 9-11, and banquet.
• Each paper must have at least one author register for the conference (which is a regular, i.e., non-student registration), the deadline for author registration is September 4, 2016.
• For student registration, participants must be full-time students, and must provide a valid evidence of their full-time student status to send it to wangsl@ios.ac.cn.
• Participants can ask for extra conference banquet tickets. Each costs USD 30.
• The registration fee is paid by telegraphic transfer. After you finish the bank transfer, please send the receipt of bank transfer to us together with the registration form as soon as possible.

Attendees from most countries are required to obtain a visa to enter the People's Republic of China; attendees can apply for a Chinese visa through a travel agency or directly at the nearest Chinese embassy.

You may need an invitation letter to get a visa in the nearest Chinese Embassy/Consulate. To get the invitation letter, please contact wangsl@ios.ac.cn and provide the following details.

1. scanned copy of passport
2. dates of arrival and departure from Beijing
3. name of work unit (institute/university/…)
4. whether you have been in China before
5. which city you will go for getting the Chinese visa

We will email you the signed invitation letter authorized by Chinese Academy of Sciences which includes your personal information, the date of first entry and the longest stay that will be extracted from your enquiry. If you need the original copy of the letter, please provide your postal address and your telephone number.

We provide the hotel reservation service.

Note:

1. We will make the reservation for you once we receive your reservation form. Payment for hotel is made when you check in.
2. These are special rates for SETTA, which are secured until the conference is over.
