SIRE
SIRE contains the implementation of exact, approximation and heuristic algorithms for the NP-hard problem proposed in Discovering Restricted Regular Expressions with Interleaving. It utilizes the excellent NetworkX Python library and python-igraph for graph/network algorithms.
Determinism RE(&)
Determinism RE(&) contains the implementation of weak, strong and weakly star normal form transformation algorithms for regular expressions extended with in interleaving that proposed in Deterministic Regular Expression with Interleaving.
